Attention whore.

You think attention whore is only for young people. Oh, no. All ages and gender come to that. The other day I went to my university. I went like I usually do by the tram. I love trams. There is something romantic and chilling in trams. So I went to the stop as usual, bought a ticket as usual. I passed 3 or 4 stops as usual. When this happened.
So one elder lady wanted to cross the street, but firstly she had to cross the tram stop. She went ahead crossing the stop despite tram-driver’s attempts to pull the brake. The whole drama ended up as the elder lady literally kissed the tram and fell down. She didn’t get any injuries and looked absolutely fine. The tram obviously stopped resulting in blocking other trams from moving. I won’t get too much in details, because it is rather boring.
I’m going to say, that this lady enjoyed the attention she got, even the negative one. And, believe me, she got a lot of it.  She didn’t notice or she didn’t want to notice screams and curses. She only tried, TRIED to convince everybody that she is right, leaving behind the fact, that no one believed her. The lady only insisted that she crossed some mystical “white line”. Hey, lady, here is the deal: even if you cross mystical white line, you still have to wait until tram moves on or at least stay where you are, when the driver signals you.
Moral of the story is seeking attention is not bad, unless it does not harm other people. In this case it does a lot. My point of view in this case is quite simple: attention whore.
